artClone3D Proofing Module
Inkjet Proofing Direct to Lens Proofing Solution for Litho Lenticular
One Out Prototype Low Volume Print Production
Proof (ROOM - Rip Once Output Many) ripped press high resolution file directly to lens on artClone3D version of qualified Epson via artClone3D RIP Proofer Module Solution via custom RIP proofer drivers.
Print high resolution file with 400 and higher LPI screening technology screening technology (AM, FM, Line etc..) directly to artClone3D lens printed on Epson inkjet printer (4880, 7700, 7880, or 7900). Result is a finished proof directly to lens via automated workflow.
PROOFING MODULE TO BE RELEASED:
Exclusive proprietary artClone3D RIP Solution with inherent Proofing Module with the same screening technology that is going to press for output proof on qualified Epson Professional printers (DVL - devicelink color profile to match the press for quality process control). This proofing solution is more economical (approx. less than $3 /sq ft for substrate and ink) than the Kodak Spectrum and the Fuji FinalProof. This RIP solution is more economical than CTP VMR upgrade costs and or full upgrade changeover to Screen CTP lenticular ready even though Fujifilm Screen CTP USA has decided to stop supporting lenticular completely. There is more robustness (like Ink Saver up to 15% with GCR) and ease of use to the artClone3D RIP beyond these much needed cost savings solutions for lenticular printing.
